What to know first
OnlyFans advertising depends on the ad network’s sexual-content policy, your creative and the destination page. Check the full policy before spending; a non-explicit image does not make a restricted destination eligible.
What to do
- Read the network’s current policy Check both the creative and destination requirements for the country and placement. Google restricts sexual content and prohibits some categories.
- Review the real landing page An advertiser is responsible for where the ad sends people, including redirects. Do not hide a restricted destination or cloak content to get approval.
- Keep permission records Use images, music and testimonials you have permission to use. Get clear agreement before publishing a collaborator or paid endorsement.
- Calculate a test budget Set an amount you can afford to lose and a stop rule. Compare customer acquisition cost with net revenue after fees, refunds and delivery costs.
- Measure without exposing people Use campaign names and aggregate reporting. Do not place names, emails, private messages or sensitive audience details in URLs or event labels.
- Review before expanding A click is not a subscriber and a first purchase is not retained revenue. Compare approved campaigns over a consistent window before increasing spend.
Use allowed promotion when ads do not fit
Creator collaborations, a useful public profile and opt-in communications may fit your audience better than paid placements. Each channel still has its own content and commercial rules. Paid endorsements need clear disclosure where required.
A simple spend example
If a $50 test brings two genuine paying subscribers, acquisition cost is $25 each before production costs. That is an example, not a target or a promise. Compare it with what those subscribers pay after fees and refunds before deciding to repeat the campaign.
Common questions
Can I run a harmless-looking ad that redirects to restricted content?
Do not use redirects or cloaking to avoid a network’s review. Check destination rules as well as the image and text in the ad.
Does a link-in-bio page make an ad acceptable?
Not automatically. The ad network can evaluate the destination and linked experience. Review the full policy.
Can Fanlock guarantee an ad account will be approved?
No. The ad network controls review and enforcement. Fanlock provides eligible content-protection reporting within its plan coverage.
